Nathan Singsen: Education & Energy Efficiency & Conservation: Student Ambassador
Nathan Singsen graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Environmental Studies in 2003. After a year of travel which included stints as a mountain bike guide and ski shop employee, he accepted a Leadership development position with a nation-wide commercial printer. There he participated in a rotational program gaining experience in many functional areas of the business including production management, scheduling, account management, and sales. In 2008 he followed his passion and accepted a sales position with a cutting edge renewable energy company. There he created partnerships with solar integrators to install large scale roof mounted solar industry while simultaneously attending the University of Denver’s MBA program.
Currently pursuing a concentration in Finance, it is his goal to link the promise of renewable energy with ROI and a business case for large scale adoption of solar energy. In 2009 he became a full time student and the president of the DU Net Impact chapter.
