Nikolay just sent me the info on the 300 MW PV project for funding and I have some questions possibly you might be better addressing.
To give some background in the industry:
As a founder of Bio-Energy Systems, Inc. later when publicly listed on the Stock Market as BESICORP they were responsible for the creation, design and implementation of SolaRoll® - SunMat® a innovative hot water solar system produced since 1978. We were in the early heady days of the Solar revolution and had our products featured in many places such as Popular Science Magazine and even the ubiquitous Whole Earth Catalog. SolaRoll was the first winner, of any Solar product, of the US Small Business Innovation Research Program (SBIR). After well over 3 million square feet of product produced in the US and triple that overseas it is still recognized as a industry innovator. Their development of SolarRail extrusions GR, GB & GF as well ad the aluminum extrusion system SpeedFrame® led to the first building integrated systems in the US.
In the mid '80's we were the largest IPP in NY 250MW eventually had the last article X permit for 650MW.
In '92 acquired the assets of SunWize one of the US largest solar distributors. Built the business from 0 to 50 mill sales yr. sold to Mitsui now more than double the size.
Involved in other businesses now with project development an a focus based on the C-Bed concept.
